Bergs Timber installed a new edger at its mill in Orrefors, Sweden.<\/em><\/p>\n

According to the announcement, the company has been working on the project to change the edge work on the saw line during the autumn 2018.<\/p>\n

The mounting and commissioning went according to the schedule, the saw line including the edger was started January 3, 2019.<\/p>\n

Besides getting a newer edging with higher availability, the change will also mean increased capacity and a better exchange of the side boards.<\/p>\n

In 1H FY2017\/18, Bergs Timber increased sales by 28%.<\/p>\n
