Prices of softwood lumber in Austria were at a stable level in December 2018. Only the price of reserve square timber moved slightly up at the end of the year. Otherwise, the prices are on a par from November.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For boards' assortments the price range has increased. The lower limit price has fallen, while the upper has surged.<\/p>\n

Compared to December 2017, mainly rough boards are cheaper. Also edged boards' price declined slightly. Reserve square timber and boards registered minimal price movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
