Sveza plans investment projects with a total value of more than 800 million rubles at Sveza Tyumen plywood plant. The investments will increase production by 43% until 2030.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sveza completed the acquisition of Tyumen plywood plant back in March 2018<\/p>\n

The company's management expects to increase capitalization and market share in the domestic and global markets at the expense of the new asset.\u00a0Thanks to the acquisition of the plant, the company not only increased its production capacity and the list of new customers, but also expanded its product portfolio with plywood made with bakelite lacquer.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe acquisition of a new enterprise is an opportunity to get additional business opportunities due to the synergy effect.\u00a0The growth of production capacities will allow increasing the number of products produced, applying joint experience and best practices to improve the quality and range of products, as well as reduce production costs, \u201dcommented Anatoly Frishman, CEO of SVEZA group.<\/p>\n

Tyumen Plywood Plant\u00a0is one of the most modern wood processing companies in Russia \u2013 most of the production facilities were commissioned in 2008. It produces around 92 thousand\u00a0m3<\/sup>\u00a0of plywood per year. The company is specialized in a large-format birch plywood.<\/p>\n
