K\u00e4hrs Group\u00a0has acquired Swedish flooring distributor\u00a0Ehrenborg\u00a0& Co. The takeover has been carried out with immediate effect.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ehrenborg\u00a0is a leader in the Swedish flooring market for public areas. The company\u00a0also operates in the rest of the Nordic countries as well as in several export markets.<\/p>\n

Through the acquisition of Ehrenborg, K\u00e4hrs Group is expected to strengthen its sales and distribution to customers in commercial projects and broadens its product portfolio with new products in project sales.<\/p>\n

The companies have been cooperating for a long time as Ehrenborg is responsible for the sales of Upofloor, K\u00e4hrs Group\u2019s brand for resilient flooring, in the Scandinavian market.<\/p>\n
