The Russian sawn timber exports have grew during January-February 2018, both in volume and in value terms. The country exported\u00a02.43 million tonnes of sawn timber in the mentioned period.<\/em><\/p>\n

According to\u00a0the statistics published by the Russian Federal Customs Office, this volume is\u00a03.6% more than during the same period in 2017. Moreover, the\u00a0 total value of the exported Russian sawn timber increased by 21.1% and amounted to\u00a0$588.2 million.<\/p>\n

The Russian log exports have slightly decreased in volume terms in January-February 2018, but went up in value terms. Thus, the log exports amounted to\u00a02.912 million m3, 0.2% less y-o-y. Also, the\u00a0total value of the Russian logs exported in the mentioned period amounted to\u00a0$243.3 million, 9.1% more than in 2017.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
