Sveza signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Tyumen Plywood Plant from its current owner Almira Karimova.<\/p>\n

According to the announcement, Sveza has already requested approval of the transaction with the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (the FAS Russia).<\/p>\n

In case of the successful approval, the transaction will become a part of Sveza\u2019s strategic plan for high growth potential asset portfolio expansion.<\/p>\n

Tyumen Plywood Plant\u00a0produces around 90,000 m3 of plywood per year. It plans to expand production to\u00a0120,000 m3 in the next years. The company is specialized in a large-format birch plywood.<\/p>\n
