Siempelkamp received four orders from the Russian market in 2015. At the end of December the company of the \"SOUZ\" Group activated the contract, which was concluded in 2014, for the supply of a complete particleboard plant including a Generation 8 ContiRoll\u00ae press. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The \"SOUZ\" Group had already ordered two Siempelkamp plants back in 1990 for its Priosersk location in northern Russia. Within the scope of this order, for the first time, Siempelkamp supplied to the Russian market the first continuous press.<\/p>\n

The current order consists of a complete plant for particleboard production which will be built in Balabanovo and will replace an outdated multi-daylight press for particleboard production of soviet design. Plitspichprom decided to buy a state-of-the-art 6\u2019 x 18.8 m Generation 8 ContiRoll\u00ae. With pressure distribution plates, an extended cylinder bed and many new equipment features, the press will operate virtually isobaric and will manufacture boards with unprecedented quality. The plant is designed to achieve an annual capacity of up to 180,000 m\u00b3.<\/p>\n

The equipment for the front-end of the line including chippers, flakers, and mills will be supplied by Pallmann, specialist for size reduction and preparation technology with headquarters in Zweibr\u00fccken, Germany.<\/p>\n

The EcoFormer SL, developed by the Italian Siempelkamp subsidiary CMC Texpan, will be used for surface layer mat forming. This optimized innovative wind forming concept provides unprecedented uniform forming of the surface layer particles.<\/p>\n

The Siempelkamp subsidiary B\u00fcttner will supply the drying technology including a drum dryer designed for a capacity of 36 metric tons per hour. The Siempelkamp scope of supply will be completed by Prod-IQ\u00ae control technology, which allows professional trending, commission evaluations as well as laboratory data and downtime management.<\/p>\n
