Ten plywood producers in the United States have filed for a court order to stop the certification of Brazilian lumber mills, claiming that their imports aren’t suitable with the U.S. durability standards for structures and hurricane resistance.  According to law.com, the complaint was filed on Thursday, 5th of September, at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and assigned to U.S. District Judge Roy Altman in Fort Lauderdale.
