The Pfeifer Group has invested in the latest panel repair technology from Raute. The R5 automated panel repair station (in the photo above), including the an image processing technology, is used for the repair of 2.1 x 5.2 m three-ply solid wood panels with polyurethane infill. With the new automated type of repair, the company wants to save repair material and labor, increase capacity and ensure constant plate quality. Raute was selected for being the one-stop shop from design to all the way to installation.
