Producer prices for wood products in Germany registered uneven movements in January 2018. The great part of the products became a bit more expensive as compared to December.  About one third have recorded prices drop. Wood chips gained the most in value (+1,52%), while wider boards (above 16 cm width) registered the most significant price drop (-0.99%).  A similar picture can be noticed when compared with the previous year, but with bigger swings. The largest price increase compared to January 2015 can be seen in beech blocks (+2,59%).  This ...
