Prices for Austrian wood pellets on the rise in June
Wood pellets prices in Austria keep stable in June, when compared to the previous month. The average retail price for wood pellets ENplus A1 quality (6t) is currently 23.28 cents/kg or 4.75 cents/kWh. This is 0.3% less than in May and 3.2% more than in June 2017. If bought by the sack (15kg), the price for wood pellets has increased slightly in June 2018. Thus, a 15kg sack costs EUR 3.96, or 26.40 cents per kg (5.39 cents/kWh).
