Timber trading company ACA Timber acquires 100% of the shares of forestry and timber trading company Metsä Forest Latvia from Metsä Group's parent company Metsäliitto Cooperative. The transaction, which is subject to approval by the Competition Council, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
