Koskisen Corporation has agreed to acquire the business of Iisveden Metsä Oy. Iisveden Metsä is a limited liability company located in Suonenjoki, mainly owned by private individuals, and it produces approximately 140,000 cubic meters of spruce sawn timber per year.
