Homag cuts 600 jobs as order intake falls 32%
Between January and September 2023, the HOMAG Group's order intake fell by 32% to €968 million. In terms of sales, which increased slightly again to €1,222 million compared to the high value of the previous year, the HOMAG Group still benefited from its very high order backlog from the beginning of the year, which was gradually processed and therefore amounted to €832 million as of September 30, 2023 (September 30, 2022: €1,256 million).
