The Hasslacher Group has taken over another company, namely Dickel-Holz GmbH & Co. KG. The nationally and internationally active company was founded 75 years ago by Ludwig Dickel in Schmallenberg-Bad Fredeburg (Germany). The takeover is subject to the approval of the competition authority.
