Germany: Record wood pellets production in the first half of 2018
In the first half of 2018, around 1.18 million tonnes of wood pellets were produced in Germany, more than ever before in the same period. According to the German Energy Wood and Pellet Association eV (DEPV), this represents an increase of 10%, or around 107,000 t more than in the previous year (1.07 million t) .97.9% of production corresponds to the quality class ENplus A1.
