EUDR will be voted in April- what to expect?
The coming into effect of the EU Deforestation Prevention Regulation (EUDR) will be voted on in mid-April 2023 and will probably come into force in December 2024. This means that exporters, importers and large companies within the EU will have additional requirements for the documentation of the duty of care in addition to the existing bureaucratic requirements of the EUTR.
