EU countries boost softwood logs and lumber exports to China
Due to a massive boost of exports from Germany, total European softwood logs and softwood lumber deliveries to China expanded by 256% and 33% respectively in the first half of 2019. According to the latest Eurostat figures, in January-June 2019, EU's softwood logs exports to China increased more than 3 times over the same period of 2018.
