Chinese flooring manufacturing giant Create Flooring Solutions (CFL) will invest $70 million in a new 252,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Georgia, US. The expansion will create 300 jobs.  CFL, a maker of wood, laminate, and luxury vinyl flooring, writes on its website that it was founded by Europeans in Shanghai, China back in 2004.
