Sale of HS Timber’s Sebes site to Ziegler Group approved
The sale of the HS Timber Productions Sebes SRL site to the German Ziegler Group, announced on 18 April, has been approved by the Romanian authorities. With the closing of the transaction, the sale of shares has been successfully completed. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The Ziegler Group will also take over the existing staff in Sebes. The sawmill in Sebes was the first production site of the HS Timber Group in Romania.
