Hasslacher Group acquires 40% stake in Spanish Egoin Wood Group
The Hasslacher Group has acquired a 40% stake in the Egoin Wood Group. The details of the deal were not disclosed. “A 40 percent stake in the Egoin Wood Group is an ideal opportunity to further expand the Hasslacher Group and strengthen our position in southwestern Europe,” said Christoph Kulterer, CEO and owner of the Hasslacher Group.
