The European Commission has approved permanent import duties on birch plywood from Russia, which were previously introduced temporarily. Anti-dumping measures, experts say, will force Russian domestic producers to reconsider the geography of export supplies, as well as raise prices for panel products.  According to the publication of the Official Journal of the EU dated November 9, 2021, the amount of duties is not uniform and differs from temporary ones. So, for the company "Sveza" it will be 14.4%, and for Vyatsky FC - 14.85%.  The business publication RBC published a comment by ...
