The Croatian wood industry, more precisely companies operating within this wider sector, have done well despite the ongoing pandemic which caused numerous issues with exports and imports throughout 2020.  Due to their strong export orientation, owing to which this industry has a significant foreign sales surplus, companies from the Croatian wood industry did well in 2020.
