The Swedish Södra Group lowers its purchase prices for roundwood.   The company cited reasons for a high supply of logs as well as persistent signs of an economic slowdown affecting finished goods markets. In addition, the market price for spruce sycamore wood is generally decreasing.  The economic downturn also reduces the demand for commercial pulp. The high supply at the same time means that the market price for softwood fell. The market price for firewood is also falling.  The following price adjustments are valid from today 9th September 2019:   ...
