In 2018, the Russian lumber exports went up in value and volume terms. During the mentioned period, the country exported 19.232 million tonnes of lumber, 6.7% more than in 2017, while the total value of these exports amounted to $4.503 billion, up by 14.2%.  Also, the Russian logs exports went down in volume terms, but increased in value terms.
