Prices of softwood lumber in Austria were at a stable level in December 2018. Only the price of reserve square timber moved slightly up at the end of the year. Otherwise, the prices are on a par from November.  For boards' assortments the price range has increased. The lower limit price has fallen, while the upper has surged.  Compared to December 2017, mainly rough boards are cheaper. Also edged boards' price declined slightly.
