Hasslacher Group expands its business in Slovenia
With effect from June 22, 2018, the Hasslacher Group has strengthened its involvement in neighboring Slovenia. The strategic partnership that has existed since 2009, with an initial 35% stake in the formwork panel plant LIP BOHINJ doo, had already been increased to 75% in 2015. Hasslacher has now expanded its stake to 100%, thereby completely taking over the work. Bojan Resman, who has been managing the business of LIP BOHINJ doo since March 2018, has been confirmed as Managing Director.
